SkyCrown VIP: the timeline
The SkyCrown VIP program has three ways in, and they run on very different clocks.
By invitation: SkyCrown says its VIP team watches active players and contacts those who qualify within 24 hours. It publishes no threshold, so you cannot plan for it.
By Fastrack: deposit A$2,100 within 24 hours and become VIP the same day.
By transfer: make a first deposit and send a screenshot of VIP status at another casino.
After that, five levels, from Silver to Legend, set your level bonus and cashback rate. The table above lists the privileges by level. Classic cashback, before VIP, is on SkyCrown cashback.

What arrives at each level
Silver: bonuses up to A$150, 5% daily cashback, a personal VIP manager, 24/7 premium support, birthday and personal gifts, VIP Wheels, live casino chips and VIP events.
Gold: bonuses up to A$450, 7.5% cashback on the VIP page (7% on the cashback page), plus the Anniversary Gift.
Platinum: bonuses up to A$1,125, 10% cashback, and two perks that open only here: Fast Withdrawal and Gift cards.
Diamond: up to A$2,250 and 12%. Legend: up to A$3,750 and 15%.
The lifetime deposit thresholds from the cashback table give a sense of time. At A$100 a week, Silver at A$3,000 takes about seven months and Gold almost three years. At higher weekly deposits the clock looks like this:
| Level | Lifetime deposits | At A$500 a week | At A$1,000 a week |
|---|---|---|---|
| Silver | A$3,000 | 6 weeks | 3 weeks |
| Gold | A$15,000 | 30 weeks | 15 weeks |
| Platinum | A$105,000 | About 4 years | About 2 years |
| Diamond | A$244,500 | About 9 years | About 4.7 years |
A$1,000 a week is A$52,000 a year in deposits. Even at that pace, the Platinum perks arrive in the third year.
The gap matters because Fast Withdrawal, the perk most players care about, sits at Platinum.
Fastrack: VIP in 24 hours
Already have VIP status on other casinos? Transfer it to SkyCrown!
- 1Make your first deposit
- 2Send us a screenshot from the other casino where you hold VIP status
- 3Get your personal care, faster withdrawal, exclusive promotion
Fastrack is VIP on a 24-hour clock: deposit A$2,100 within one day and the status is yours. The VIP page presents it as sign up and deposit, so it is aimed at new players.
What changes immediately: a personal manager, Silver-level gifts and 5% daily cashback instead of 3%. Note that A$2,100 in deposits alone already moves you from Casual to Bronze on the classic table, so Fastrack's real cashback gain over Bronze is one percentage point: A$10 on every A$1,000 of qualifying net losses. What does not change: the 72-hour processing time, the A$7,500 daily withdrawal cap and the verification rules. Fast Withdrawal is still four levels away.
If A$2,100 in a day is not what you would deposit anyway, Fastrack is not a shortcut. It is a reason to spend more, faster.
Status transfer: VIP from day one
The transfer is the other quick route. The VIP page lists three steps: a first deposit, a screenshot from another casino showing your VIP status, and then personal care, faster withdrawals and exclusive promotions.
It does not state the level you will get, the processing time or which casinos count. Expect support to review it rather than approve it on the spot. A screenshot that shows your username, level and the other casino's name in one image is the best evidence.
Time the transfer around your own deposits. The first step is a deposit, so if you plan to take CLASSY anyway, that deposit can do double duty. Just remember that the welcome bonus starts its own 14-day clock the moment it is credited, whatever the VIP team decides.
Cashback before and after VIP
Before VIP, cashback runs at 3% (Casual) or 4% (Bronze). With VIP it starts at 5% on Silver and reaches 15% on Legend. The rules do not change: real cash, 1x wagering, credited the day after a day you deposited and had net losses.
Over a year of A$100 weekly losses on qualifying days, 3% returns about A$156 and 5% about A$260. That A$104 difference is the real value of the first VIP step.
The Gold step is less clear than it looks. The VIP page lists 7.5% daily cashback for Gold, while the cashback page lists 7% for the same level. On the same A$5,200 of yearly losses that is A$390 against A$364. Ask which applies before you count on either.
Is the wait worth it?
- 01
Fast Withdrawal starts at Platinum, A$105,000 in lifetime deposits.
- 02
Silver's cashback is one point above Bronze; the difference is small at normal stakes.
- 03
Several VIP players on Trustpilot report slow managers and slow payouts despite their level.
- 04
The manager can set personal limits, which is the most useful VIP feature for staying in control.
The wait is long for most players, and the perks that matter come late. Four points help decide. None of them is a reason to rush. VIP is something that happens to steady play, not a target to deposit towards, and the useful part, a manager who can set limits, is available from Silver.
If you do get the invitation, use the first week of it well. Ask the manager, through live chat, email or WhatsApp as the VIP FAQ lists, for three things in writing: which cashback rate applies to your level, a personal deposit limit, and how a large withdrawal would be handled under the A$7,500 daily cap. The answers tell you more about the value of the status than the level name does.
VIP experiences from SkyCrown players
Verification was demanded again and again before a withdrawal could go through, and support came across as unprofessional throughout the process.
Had only recently joined and said everything seemed fine so far. An early four-star review from 2023, before any VIP experience.
Won about A$1,500, but the withdrawal stayed blocked while uploaded documents sat in pending status, again and again, with no clear reason.
Paraphrased from public Trustpilot reviews. In October the score stood at 1.6 from 335 reviews. Several VIP players report slow payouts.
SkyCrown FAQ
How fast can I become a SkyCrown VIP?
The same day, with Fastrack: deposit A$2,100 within 24 hours. Otherwise by invitation, which SkyCrown says comes within 24 hours of qualifying, or by a status transfer.
How long does Gold take to reach?
Gold needs A$15,000 in lifetime deposits. At A$100 a week that is almost three years; at A$500 a week, about seven months.
How quickly does a VIP manager reply?
SkyCrown does not publish a response time. Several VIP reviewers report waits of one to three days; others report quick help.
Does VIP status expire if I stop playing?
The VIP pages do not describe expiry. Cashback levels are based on lifetime deposits and do not reset, but the 12-month inactivity rule still applies to the account.
Is a VIP status transfer instant?
The page does not say. Expect a review by the VIP team after your first deposit and screenshot, and ask for confirmation of your new level in writing.
